Open Subscriptions and review the products and durations currently offered. Availability and options can vary by product.
Check the plan name and duration carefully. Similar product names do not necessarily mean that every tier or feature is included.
Check recipient information
Enter the recipient details requested for that product and review them before confirming. A spelling mistake or an incorrect account reference can make an order harder to resolve.
Only provide the information requested by the official purchase flow. Keep passwords and private access codes out of public support conversations.
Review the total and follow the order
Confirm the displayed total and make sure your ThickVerify wallet has sufficient funds before placing the order.
Use Subscription History to check the order status after purchase. Do not assume that every product follows the same delivery process or timeline.
Ask before repeating a purchase
If the result of a request is unclear, check your existing orders and wallet first. Contact support with the order reference if you need help understanding the status.
