Connect ThickVerify to your Telegram chat
The ThickVerify Telegram bot gives you another way to use the virtual number services connected to your account. It uses your ThickVerify wallet, so you can move between the website and the bot.
Open the official bot
Use the official @ThickVerifyBot link on this page and send /start in a private bot conversation. The bot will guide you through connecting your account.
Open the connection link from your own private conversation, sign in to ThickVerify and review the account connection before approving it. If the link has expired, ask the bot for a new one.
Use the connected menu
Once connected, use the menu to check your wallet balance, select a service and country, and review a virtual number price.
A purchase still requires confirmation. Check the service, country and charge before approving it, just as you would on the website.
Follow your numbers
Use My numbers and the order controls to review existing activations and check for SMS updates. Eligible waiting orders can be cancelled through the available confirmation flow.
If a purchase result is uncertain, check your existing numbers before starting a new purchase. Keep the same order reference when asking support to investigate.
Keep the connection under your control
Do not send passwords, API keys or private verification codes to other Telegram users. Use the official connection flow rather than sharing account credentials in chat.
If you no longer want the bot connected, use its Disconnect option. You can return to the website to manage your ThickVerify account and orders.
