Your first virtual number on ThickVerify
A virtual number activation starts with two choices: the service you want to use and the country you prefer. ThickVerify brings those choices, your wallet and the order status into one dashboard.
Choose the right service and country
Sign in and open Buy Number. Select the platform you need the number for, then choose a country. Check the displayed price and availability for that combination.
Prices and stock can change. Review the current offer rather than relying on a price from an earlier visit. Historical delivery statistics can help you compare options, but they do not promise that a particular activation will receive a message.
Review before confirming
Check the service, country and total charge in the purchase confirmation. Make sure your ThickVerify wallet has enough funds before continuing.
After a successful purchase, use the assigned number for the selected service. Keep the order reference so you can find the activation again.
Follow the activation
Check the order for incoming SMS messages and its latest status. You can return to Order History to find your existing orders.
If an eligible order is still waiting, use the cancellation controls shown for that order. Eligibility depends on its state and timing; do not assume that every number can be cancelled after a code arrives.
If a purchase is unclear
If a request times out or the result is uncertain, check your order history and wallet before trying again. This helps you avoid creating an additional purchase when the first request already succeeded.
Contact support with the order reference and a short description of the problem. Keep your passwords and API keys private.
